Tenuta Manelli’s organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by pressing olives harvested in October in olive groves in the province of Brindisi, Apulia.

The acidity of the oil is 0.2 and the taste is medium fruity, not excessively bitter and spicy.

It is a very versatile oil in cooking; it goes particularly well with cooked vegetables, red meat or fish to enhance their taste and aromas.
