Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information of which we will be in possession, for the purposes of the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:

Art. 1 – Purpose of Processing

The data provided by you will be used for the following purposes and obligations

a. contractual (without your consent)
b. tax compliance (without your consent)
c. marketing activities (with your consent)

Art. 2 – Methods and Duration of Treatment

The methods by which personal data will be processed include traditional and automated systems for a duration of ten years for purposes A and B and two years for purpose C

Art. 3 – Provision of Data

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in Article 1 points A and B are mandatory for the fulfillment of the contract and the use of the service signed and any refusal of authorization entails the immediate termination of the contract

Art. 4 – Data Communication and Dissemination

The data provided may be communicated to third-party companies authorized by the data controller for the achievement of the stated purpose. The list of companies can be consulted and kept at the registered office of the Data Controller indicated in Art. 5 of this information

Art. 6 – Rights of the interested party

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

  1. request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
  2. obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
  3. obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
  4. obtain the limitation of the treatment;
  5. obtain the portability of the data, that is, receive them from a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another controller without hindrance;
  6. oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
  7. oppose an automated decision-making process concerning specific persons, including profiling;
  8. require the controller to have access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or to restrict the processing concerning him or her, or to object to the processing thereof, in addition to the right to data portability;
  9. revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
  10. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
